Project Description
This project will provide over 270 new parking spaces over 4-levels. The new deck is in a Downtown setting merging multiple tracts, mitigating several environmental issues and accommodating a Regional Windstream telecommunications facility within the limits of work.
The new facility is part of a long-term plan to bring more visitors and events to the Historic Downtown. The architecture of the new deck will blend with the Historic Braselton Brothers Store and the adjoining Municipal Complex. The deck is Phase I of a plan to construct a new Downtown Civic Center.
