Project Description
This project involved repurposing the old Winder Barrow Middle School into offices for Winder Housing Authority, Action, Inc., CASA; classrooms for Lanier Adult Literacy Program; and new facilities for the Winder Boys and Girls Club. The facility was originally constructed in 1955 and a complete renovation was required. MEP systems and ADA upgrades to all restrooms was required along with new finishes.
